Botox & Facial Rejuvenation Study Club
The study club will meet once every second month at 9:00AM at the World Trade Center. Colleagues who have attended a “one day” Botox course elsewhere are welcome to join. However, we do highly recommend they attend Day 1 Lecture of our Botox Course.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing up to 2 weeks before the course date will be issued a full credit, minus a 25% administration fee, or
credit can be applied to another course date. Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks or less, before the course date are non-refundable, however credit can be applied to another course date.
