Botox Hands-On Session (Day 2)
The hands-on programs are a follow-up to the introductory session. Small group
size will better facilitate one-on-one clinical experience.
Each program is limited to 10 dentists and 8 team members, therefore early
registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment. Dentists are required to bring two patients to the hands-on practicum. Patient contact information is required during the
time of course registration.
Dentists will watch live demonstrations, before their hands-on practicum. PTIFA's
course provides the opportunity for the most intensive Botox hands-on training.
Dentists will be given the opportunity to participate in 12-15 patient injections,
not just 1 or 2.
Team members will be given a demonstration of the Extra Oral Photographs taken
using the Roberts Photo Rejuvenation Series. Next, they will learn how to reconstitute,
as well as how to setup and chart treatment. Lastly, they will be shown how to walkout patient appointments and how to go through post-op instructions. There will also
be a review of frequently asked Botox questions.
Dentists who successfully complete PTIFA's course are provided with a certificate of
completion, as well as the PTIFA Start-Up CD which includes all the necessary forms
to successfully incorporate Botox into the dental practice.
