Day 1 of 2: The Therapeutic Use of Botox in a Dental Office
and the Cosmetic Side Effects - Lecture
Course Objective: Participants will acquire knowledge to effectively integrate aesthetic facial procedures, including Botox into their aesthetic dental practice.
In addition, participants will have a sound understanding of what Botox is and realize the importance of detailed history taking and photographic recording processes. Participants will undergo an intensive review of anatomy in order to
be prepared for the Day 2 - Hands on Training.
Course Overview: Dr. Warren Roberts strategically relates the use of Botox into the clinical cosmetic smile makeover integrating his 30 plus years of expertise, making this a relevant expanding issue for any dentist involved in cosmetic facial improvements.

Day 2 of 2: The Therapeutic Use of Botox in a Dental Office and the Cosmetic Side Effects: Hands-On Training
Prerequisite: Day 1 - The Therapeutic Use of Botox in a Dental
Office and the Cosmetic Side Effects
Course Objective: The morning didactic lecture is followed by an intense hands-on training session and ensures that participants have a thorough understanding of what Botox is, how and why it affects facial muscles, as well as how to direct Botox to purposely achieve aesthetic facial improvements, both therapeutic and cosmetic. The course will provide a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that enables the dentist to address the demands of the aesthetically conscious patient and integrate a new treatment modality into the practice.
Course Overview: On Day 2, Dr. Warren Roberts provides closure to the topics presented on Day 1 and offers a unique understanding and demonstration of how Botox has a place in the clinical cosmetic smile makeover. Through completion of Day 1 and Day 2 sessions encompassing dental application, marketing, administration and the hands-on training module, participants will be able to successfully utilize the benefits of Botox within their own practice. Further support to graduates is offered through Dr. Roberts’ Botox study club, the world’s first Botox study club.

Dentists who successfully complete PTIFA's course are provided with a certificate of
completion, as well as the PTIFA Start-Up CD which includes all the necessary forms
